Designed in Australia, the PowerSTAR PS-2012-BC is our low cost MPPT Solar Regulator and has been devised as a general purpose 12VDC 20A Battery Charger, providing efficient solar power generation capabilities. This model is rated at 240W solar power input level, whilst providing Smart Protection Circuitry (SPC) and the provision for Temperature Compensation for charging by utilising the PowerSTAR PS-TS Temperature Sensor.

All of these generous features are incorporated to ensure that your battery is maintained at maximum charge, to ensure you have the power available for when it is needed.

PowerSTAR utilises Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) techniques to extract maximum possible power from standard PV solar panels.
